During his initial years of practice, Mr. Kaushik has worked under the able guidance of renowned legal luminaries like Senior Advocate Ramji Srinivasan and Senior Advocate Amit Sibal, where after he set up his own independent legal practice by the name of ‘Chambers of Harsh Kaushik’.

Mr. Kaushik has a wide range of experience in handling intricate advisory, compliance, enforcement and dispute resolution work ranging in the areas of Telecom, Broadcasting and Aviation Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Information Technology Laws, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Domestic and International Arbitrations, Insolvency Laws, Sports Laws, Criminal Laws etc.

On account of his extensive experience in the niche areas of telecom and broadcasting laws, intellectual property laws and information technology laws, Mr. Kaushik is one of the few lawyers in the country who is able to advise and handle complex litigations involving convergence of all the aforesaid laws.

Mr. Kaushik has also been a part of various landmark judgments passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, along with the Hon’ble Delhi & Bombay High Court, in the areas of telecom & broadcasting, competition and I.P. litigation.
